Who is responsible
The controller for My Dream project data is sole proprietor Dobrohorskyi Sviatoslav Ihorovych, Ukraine. For privacy requests, email dobrohorskyi5452@gmail.com. Updated 25 October 2026.
Data and purposes
Orders require an email address, selected language, order reference and payment status. These are used for delivery, customer support, records and refunds. The checkout form collects your email when you submit an order. Monobank processes payments, Mailjet sends book emails, and our hosting infrastructure stores order records and protected PDFs. These services may process data outside Ukraine. We do not use order emails for marketing without separate consent. Temporary links grant access to your purchased book: keep them private. Messages you send through Instagram are also processed by that platform under its policies.
Technical data and providers
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs for site operation and security. Fonts load through Google Fonts, so your browser connects to that service. We have not installed our own advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Service infrastructure may be located outside Ukraine.
Payments and reader
Card credentials are processed by the payment provider on its secure page. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or PIN. A PDF chosen in our reader is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to us.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained only as necessary for orders, support and legally required records. You can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion. An adult must place an order; we do not request children’s personal data.
