How to request a refund
If the book is missing, the file is damaged, you received the wrong language or were charged twice, email dobrohorskyi5452@gmail.com. Include your order reference, order email, payment date and issue. Do not send card credentials or banking codes.
Correction or refund
We will review your request and provide redelivery, a correct file or a refund, depending on the situation and your request. You may also exercise other rights under applicable consumer and digital-content law. Downloading a PDF does not by itself remove your statutory rights.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method where technically possible, without an extra fee from us. Posting time depends on the payment provider and bank; mandatory legal deadlines remain applicable. Following a refund that terminates the purchase, stop using and distributing the book.
